Ryan Howell
Managing Partner
Ryan Howell graduated from the University of Tennessee and worked thirteen years in the Automotive Industry as an engineer, program manager and account manager. Simultaneously, he started investing in smaller, value-add multifamily properties in Western NC. He left the automotive industry in 2020 to pursue real estate full time. He currently manages a house flipping and real estate agency business. Most of his free time is spent with his wife and 3 daughters.

Luke Hall
Managing Partner
Luke Hall graduated from North Greenville University with a degree in accounting. He spent three years in public accounting as a senior auditor before transitioning into commercial real estate investments. He has spent the last six years working in acquisitions and asset management and has been involved in more than $550M transactions. Luke lives in the Upstate of South Carolina with his wife and two boys where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, enjoying time outdoors, investing in real estate, and serving in his church.
