Investment Strategy
Our strategy is to acquire value-add multifamily properties in high-growth secondary and tertiary markets across the Southeast, including Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina, and East Tennessee. We focus on assets in and around expanding MSAs where we can create outsized value by targeting under-managed properties.

Strong Performance - Over the past 30 years, multifamily real estate has generally demonstrated strong and stable performance compared to other property types within commercial real estate (office, retail, and industrial), and even against the stock market (S&P 500).
Housing Demand & Supply Shortage - The United States is currently experiencing a significant housing shortage, with a deficit of approximately 3.8 million homes as of 2024.
